Teeth in a Day
Teeth in a Day
Yes it's possible!
What is “Teeth in a Day”?
Teeth in a day is an advanced and innovative procedure that allows you to smile and chew again in a single day. If you are suffering from loose teeth, severely decayed teeth, loose dentures, or no teeth at all, you may be a candidate for it.
Also known as “same day teeth” or “same day implants”, the procedure involves careful planning in which we will review in detail your dreamed smile. Then, with the help of our state-of-the-art dental technology, we will determine how many dental implants will be required and visualize how what your new smile will look like!

Getting your smile back can change your life and regain your confidence
Frequently our patients refer to it as “the most important change on their life”! Be one of them and call for a consultation now. Our team of Smile Specialists can help you smile again.
Teeth in a Day planning. How many implants do I need?
In general, Teeth in a Day can be done using only 4 implants as foundation, hence the term “All-on-four ®”. But depending on your particular condition it may be required to use 5 or 6 implants for a proper long-term outcome. We will find out during your first visit.
Does being Board Certified Prosthodontist really make a difference?
Of over 200.000 dentists in the United States, only 3.700 are Prosthodontists. Only one-third of them are certified. The board certification process is a rigorous four-part examination that a prosthodontist can challenge after their training.
Prosthodontists receive an extra 3 years of specialized training related to oral function, comfort, appearance, and health of patients.
Georgia Prosthodontics is truly proud to have two board-certified prosthodontists experts in complex dental cases. Dr. Carlos Castro & Dr. Nicholas Miller make sure you receive the highest quality service you deserve.

How is Teeth in a Day done?
All on Four dentures (All on 4) ® (Nobel Biocare), Teeth Xpress ® (Biohorizons) are names different companies have given to the most innovative treatments that allow you to have Teeth in a Day.
It is, however, not the only way to do it. If you want to save some of your teeth (as we recommend) there are alternative treatments. Those options should be carefully discussed before making the decision of removing all teeth.
Teeth in a Day is a dental treatment that allows you to have fixed teeth in a single day by placing a fixed denture in one arch, anchored to minimum of four implants. Are you a Teeth in a Day Candidate?
In the hands of a properly trained dentist, it is really a life-changing experience for our patients!
The first time we want to meet you and identify if you are a candidate for this therapy. A thorough analysis of your medical and dental history is done, as well as a review of digital radiographs, photographs, molds of your mouth, and a Cone Beam Computerized Tomographic Scan (CBCT Scan).

Once we have discussed all the options, we will start preparing your new smile. Read if you are a Teeth in a Day candidate.
We are ready to give you your new fixed dentition using 4 – 6 dental implants as a foundation. You will be able to chew, smile, and speak naturally since day 1! After you have healed completely, we will replace the temporary fixed dentition for a definitive prosthesis using the same implants placed originally.

Then, just visit us every 6 months for maintenance. Enjoy your new you.
