The team is friendlyand genuinely care. Those who know me, know that these are my values as well.I do business with others who have similar business values as I do.Dr. Castro gathers excellent records, including intraoral photography, a 3-D scanner that allows you to visualize your teeth and foundation, diagnostic X-rays, a CBCT Scan that allows you to clearly see the bone quality you have and other items of diagnostic value, and a thorough clinical exam. He then formulates a treatment plan that will meet your needs.What I really enjoyed the most was his philosophy that correlates directly with mine, namely, helping patients achieve health and function without pain. That is my tag line and passion and he lives it with every patient.He is a no-pressure Prosthodontic specialist, who will help you because he and his team genuinely care.He is my Dentist of choice for complicated dental care. Today I went to Georgia Prosthodontics Smile Specialists. A Prosthodontist is a dentist with extra years of education and training. They can handle your common dental needs or your more complex dental problems.My problem is a broken tooth that is still half in the tooth canal. It needs to be worked on, removed, and replaced with an implant. There are three acclaimed Dentists in this practice. I saw Dr. Castro today, he was really wonderful, a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. His staff were all very professional and kind. They knew what their jobs were and did them diligently while remaining friendly and kind. I look forward to my upcoming treatments with this polished group.

I had a challenging case that no other dentist could solve. They are very professional and actually care about you. They will call everyday after a surgery until your healed to make sure your ok. The work is top notch and gave me my life back . Thank you very much ! I recommend these guys /ladies !

Best dental team in Atlanta !! I am beyond grateful for the wonderful care I have received from the entire staff !! Dr Castro is highly trained and had performed “ miracles” on restoring my smile , from sinus lifting, bone and gum grafting to implants and many more !! I highly recommend him and professional staff for any dental work !!

I love this place!!! The staff is friendly, professional and bilingual. Dr Delgado is amazing, He explained the procedure in detail. He was so patient with me, I was sacred so he was gently and caring. The place has a strong cleaning protocol. I highly recommended it!Me encantó este sitio. El personal es muy amigable, profesional y son bilingües. El Dr Delgado es estupendo, me explicó detalladamente el procedimiento. Además fue muy paciente y cuidadoso conmigo, pues yo estaba muy asustada. Tienen un riguroso protocolo de limpieza. Recomendado 100%.

Amazing is all I can say!! I can here in tears trying to look beautiful on my wedding day and the next day I had braces and started treatment towards a better smile. I have major anxiety when it comes to anything dealing with my teeth, due to me having horrific stories of me still feeling pain... However Doc made me feel so comfortable and at home, he didn't start my gum removal procedure until I was completely and I mean completely numb. Now my smile is to die for. Not to mention he did some grafting I had no clue about. It looked so natural. Hands down I would refer him to anyone.

My first impression was WOW, this office is absolutely beautiful and the technology that is used is so above and beyond. I am so blessed to call this office and the staff my family. Everyone is truly so caring and make you feel comfortable here. Definitely recommend Dr. Castro and this team!

I love the staff. They are always quick to answer question. They are always kind and happy. I have always hated the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Castro and his crew. They absolutely amazing at what they do. I recommend them to everyone I know! You will not regret it.

I came here for a routine cleanup and my expectations were beyond met. The costumer service with the front desk Were welcoming and organized throughout the short waiting period.The hygienist Dr. Marina, Was kind and even if it was a cleanup, treated it of highest priority. My family and I will definitely be returning.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. Not only did they fix the implant that was done by a "insurance recommended" dentist, but Dr.Castro and his staff are artists with their craft. I also want to highlight Marina who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best coverage by the insurance company possible. She is persistent and knowledgeable; always willing to keep you informed of the billing process. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for one to fit your dental needs.

I had extensive dental work done over a 7 month period. I am extremely pleased and very happy with my results. Dr Castro is an extremely personable dentist whom I trust completely. He works until everything is perfect. The office is always clean and has the latest equipment. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have consistently experienced first class teamwork for my dental needs. The entire staff genuinely cares about the patient. The doctor provides superb work. He was highly recommended to me by my retiring dentist in Atlanta. My normal check ups and cleaning are always on time and with a quality technician. The oral surgery I had was performed in office. The process was executed perfectly. No down time and back to playing golf the next day. This business knows what they are doing, executes as a team, and keeps the comfort of their patients foremost in their mind. The doctor is fantastic in demeanor, professional in his actions, and delivers excellent results.

Dr. Castro Is amazing. The entire staff has always been very friendly and personal. My husband referred me here and swore by Dr. Castro so I decided to give this office a try and the rest is history. I came here knowing I had some dental work I needed done (fillings, crowns etc) & my expectations were exceeded! Dr. Castro is even out of network for my insurance but we pay the extra because we believe a good dentist is worth every penny. The office is always immaculate, very modern and up to date on the newest technologies. You get what you pay for! Thank you Dr. Castro & staff!!!

I went for my son's first visit yesterday. Dr. Castro and his entire staffs were amazing. They're very kind and friendly. Especially, Dr. Castro. He listened to my concerns and he understood my needs. This was the best and encouraging consultation I ever had for my son. Dr. Castro giving me and my son a very high bope in my son's issue. Dr. Castro talked to me not only as a professional dentist but also as a parent which make me confident and trusted in him. I am looking forward to the best plans that he's going to give to my son. I could not be happier with the care I’ve been receiving. I recently spent over 8 hours in Dr Castro’s chair. It was my decision to have this much work done at one time. I totally expected to be suffering for a couple of days. If not for some swelling I would have never known I had so much work done

My first experience with Ga Prosthodontics was more than I expected. From the doctor to the staff the service was excellent. I had many trepidation going in but they were all alleviated. I am so pleased with my provisionals I can't wait until the process is completed. My only regret is that I didn't meet Dr Castro and is staff sooner.

This experience with Georgia Prosthodontics was such a great experience. Dr. Castro took such great care of me and made 100% quality reconstruction of my dentures and I have never had this kind of quality dentures in my 50 yrs of having to wear dentures.

Dr Castro and his Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.Dr Castro started a complicated procedure with me after Dr Gary Greenwald gave up in my case.He said that the bone regeneration is completed and successful.NOW, for the most critical part, THE LOOKS. the Crown and the Gum is what he is working in the present time. Honestly is not looking pretty for now, but he assures me that it will LOOK very well by the time he finishes, in fact, he says it will be difficult to see a difference with the other side at first glance. I can't wait to see the final results.I will update my review with some pictures, and ideally another star when we are done.

I have had years filled with inadequate dental experiences in the past. Years of loss of confidence and constant fear of broken crowns when eating . Until I found Dr Castro and his wonderful staff. His office is equipped with a lab and all the latest technology but most importantly they care about people. My dental experiences of the past had been very painful with bad results until I was introduced to Dr. Carlos and his team at Georgia Prosthodontics Smile Specialists. First visit was stressful because of my past experiences at other offices but this team and the Doctors accepted and encouraged me to continue the journey. Today, my journey has ended, Dr. Carlos and his team has performed a life changing miracle in my life. I can smile again and not be ashamed of my teeth. When I look in the mirror, its like looking at my teeth from my younger days, they are perfect. DENTISTA !!!!!!! solo la palabra ya causaba dolor en mi boca , sumado al dolor en mi billetera pero ya nomas el doctor carlos revirtio absolutamente todos y cada uno de eso clasicos temores , miedos , e icluso fobias que pueden ser creados entorno a a esta palabra , cuantos de nosotros entramos a un consultoria nos sentamos en la sala de espera y apenas escuchamos ese ruidito inconfundible de ''LA MAQUINITA!!!!! pump empiesa el dolorsito y el caos ?/ pues les tengo noticias , ya no mas, mi primer tratamiento fueron unas caries , tres para ser exacto, ya ahi empeso mi voto de confianza tres caries en la misma seccion y dolor cero , antes durante y despues nisiquiera ese supuesto inevitable dolorsito de esa primera anestecia , ese dolorcitio que me quede esperando obiamente con el calsico cuerpo rigido , pero nop nunca llego y tampoco llego el otro en la billetera cuando tuve que pasar por frontdesk ,pero como buen esceptico dije mmmmm !!!tal ves un poco de suerte pero cuando me entero que debia realizarme el tan temido IMPLANTE!!!!!!! GUAU dije hasta aquie llego la suerte , obiamente estamos hablando una cirugia no hay lugar pa el no dolor , pero bueno para resumir lo que paso les puedo decir que hoy es el dia despues del implante y sigo esperando el nunca bien ponderado dolor , pues jamas pero realmente jamas llego no antes no durante e increiblemente no despues incluso cuando la anestecia desaparecio , el doctor ha hechado por tierra mas de 25 anios de tabues y miedos en mi referente a cualquier tipo de tratamiento dental , sumado a lo accesible de sus costos mas el increible ambiente familiar y distendido que construyen y mantiene cada uno de los miembros de su grupo hacen que la tan temida visita al dentista se convierta en algo total y completamente distinto a que conocido anteriormente .REALMENTE MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS DOCTOR CARLOS CASTRO POR DEVOLVERME LITERALMENTE LA SONRISA EN CADA CONSULTA !!!!!!!!!!!

I always look forward to coming here because the staff is all very friendly. It's a great place to come especially if your hispanic. The decoration is very modern but comfortable and they have self serve water and juice. Everyone knows what they are doing of course and they do a good job.
